Puso is Married to Lechon in Cebu!
Wow, I am missing Cebu’s best rice preparation of all! This rice stuff, locally known as puso, is a perfect partner with a roasted pig or what they call lechon. Got to go back to Cebu to try this one again.
You are right mate! Puso in Cebu is the best partner for lechon or ginataang sinuglaw (sinugba + kinilaw in one). Yummy! I can’t buy it here in Canada
and I am excited going home to my birthplace, Bantayan Island Cebu!
Puso is the Best in Cebu
I will bookmark your real estate blog and have my kids check up here frequently. I’m very certain they will understand lots of new stuff about Cebu here than anybody else. I miss Cebu, and the hospitality of Cebuanos.
How does Cebu’s puso was made? I am just curious.
Thx for another exciting Cebu post, I really enjoy it. Long time lurker, first time commenter, you know the drill. I tried to share this one time before, I don’t think it posted correctly…hopefully it will this time!
