Developed by Commonwealth Estate Inc. (CEI), in partnership with sister company Primary Structures Inc., this subdivision features Spanish-style houses. It is just 10 minutes away from the airport, eight minutes away from shopping malls and public market, two minutes from the hospital, and five minutes away from the famous beaches in Mactan.
