Please be noted that by letting us sell your real estate, you agree to pay us fixed commission of 5% on the selling price.

  2. When we realize your submission, we will then assign a property expert who will watch over your property. The property expert in-charge will then conduct a personal visit with you or your Attorney-In-Fact, if the property is within the Metropolitan Cebu. We will let you sign a document called Authority to Sell to legalize the agency, and then plan and implement an advertising program for your property.
  3. This MLS program is open only to owners of the said real property. Agents, brokers, or buyer's relatives / representatives are welcome to join but in a manner case to case. Please contact the program administrator for more details.
  4. We will only deal to buyer's representative with Special Power of Attorney (SPA) in the event the property owner is abroad. It should be understood that the compensation for the representative should be separated from our 5% Broker's commission.
  5. Special arrangements will be agreed for meeting and appointment schedules on the properties located in a farther Cebu suburbs or in a far provinces of Visayas, Mindanao or Luzon. We need to visit the properties to effectively sell, rent or lease it.
