PSPI will then give the Deed of Absolute Sale and other documents necessary for the transfer of title to Mrs. J. These documents are the following:

  1. DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE (DOAS)

  2. TAX DECLARATION (if Mrs. J purchased a house and lot). If she purchased a lot only property, she should request for a CERTIFICATION OF NO IMPROVEMENT from the Provincial Government of Bulacan and also from the Municipal Assessors of Marilao, Bulacan.
