OPEN LISTING AGREEMENTIn consideration of the services of REALTOR/BROKER ___________________ I hereby list with said BROKER for a period of ___________ days from date hereof the property situated at with a land area of _________ square meters, more or less, covered by Title No. ____________ under the following price, terms and conditions. LISTED PRICE: P ________ / SQM TERMS AND CONDITIONS: I agree to pay to the BROKER, a commission of ____ PERCENT ( ____% ) of the above selling price should the BROKER find a purchaser ready, willing and able to buy at the above price and terms, or if he sells the property at other price and terms agreeable to me. It is understood that this listing agreement in no way prohibits me from selling the property directly. I retain the right to sell to any party not first contacted by the BROKER. I also retain the right to list my property for sale with any other broker or brokers. Should a sale be made within six months after this authorization terminates to parties with whom the BROKER may negotiate during the term hereof, and whose name has been disclosed to me, then I agree to pay said commission to said BROKER. Should deposit money paid on account of purchase be forfeited by tlie purchaser, the amount of __________ shall be retained by the BROKER, providing said amount does not exceed the commission.
